A Cry Out For Help: Quick Prayer For a Rough Day.

Praying, reading the Bible, worshiping, and waiting. Yes, we are doing it all and we are understanding the process but today it's tough for us and we just don't know where to look or where to turn, but we see right here in Psalms 4 that while David was being harassed that He stopped and acknowledged you for the things that you already done, He is crying our for help while telling you how amazing you are.

Lord, we didn't forget the things that you can do we just need you more and more. We need you to fill us up and run us over when we are on E. We understand that you won't have our gas tank low God but what can you do to make our fire on F again? God we know that you promised us more and we know that you can do more but we are at a stopping point where we don't know where to go or what's in store, all we know to do is praise you. That is what this is for, this a praise to you. God we have let go of all the things that you wanted us to let go but now we are stuck and evolving while standing still just waiting on you to give us our next move and while we are waiting on that God we are continually praising you. We haven't forgot about the things you did for us in the past, and although we can't see the things that you have for our future God we still praise you.

David said in Psalms 4:6 we will lie in peace and sleep because you Lord will keep us safe. Every night we are crying out to you praying for something new and God we know that you have it coming because if you didn't we wouldn't be in this position. If we were anywhere else trying to solve a problem, we would be lost but Lord we are here waiting on You. We are grateful that you even gave us a second chance to get it right. We know you are here even when you aren't speaking to us God we've done no wrong in our eyes but let us know what we're doing wrong in yours. Lord our hands are empty and ready to be filled and used by you so what ever it is that you need us to do Lord please just lay it on our hearts because we are fully dependent on you.

In Jesus name, Amen.
